The lower flange of the unit is directly connected to the dust removal equipment on the roof of the warehouse, silo, belt transportation, etc., and the dust is directly recovered.
DMC series stand-alone dust collector works:
Dust-containing gas enters the cabinet through the air inlet, and the purified gas filtered by the filter bag is sucked in by the fan and discharged directly. With the addition of filtering time, more and more dust is accumulated on the filter bag, and the resistance of the filter bag is added to gradually reduce the disposal air volume. For normal tasks, to control the resistance within the inevitable limit, it is necessary to clean the filter bag. When cleaning, the pulse control device triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve one by one. The condensed air in the air bag is instantaneously ejected into the filter bag through the pulse valve to the holes of the spray pipe, and the filter bag expands sharply when it accumulates. The dust on the outside of the bag was scattered, and the filter bag was obtained. The cleared dust falls and the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulsed to clean the ash, so that the purified gas passes normally, and the dust removal system is operated.

1. Analysis of dust properties:
The dust of the sand blasting machine in the sand blasting workshop is the dust attached to the device, which is normal temperature, non-aggressive dust, does not contain moisture, so it is easy to remove dust in dust management.
2. Ash cleaning system design:
Pulse spray can effectively remove the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse air jet has a large kinetic energy and cleans the dust. The pulse dust collector designed by our company is equipped with a venturi tube at the mouth of the skeleton, which can induce air with multiple times of the condensed air to enter the filter bag, make the bag wall achieve a high reverse acceleration, and then remove the dust. The electromagnetic pulse valve is a key component of the entire injection system, and has played a key role in the long-term normal operation of the equipment.
3. Equipment selection:
Based on the exhaust air volume of the sand blasting machine, our company selected the DMC-120 pulse bag type dust collector with constant operation and mature skills. The dust collector is a small single-machine bag type dust collector. The dust collection system uses an external filter type. High-pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) pulse spraying technology has the characteristics of large ash cleaning kinetic energy and high ash cleaning efficiency.
