Second, blasting dust. The maximum dust production during blasting ore, the dust production time is concentrated. The main dustproof measures are spray watering and water seal blasting. Spray water spraying often uses blast wave to start the sprayer, purified water curtain and water wind ejector.
Third, the shipment is dustproof. Ore stacking, rock loaders, loaders, scrapers, mine carts, belt conveyors, chutes, ore dumping, and loading operations all generate a large amount of dust. Measures such as spray watering and closed air extraction can be used to prevent dust emission.
Fourth, broken dust. For the dust generated during the operation of various crushing equipment, on the basis of airtight equipment, combined dust removal measures of wet dust prevention and mechanical dust removal can be adopted. Purification equipment for mechanical dust removal uses a bag dust collector or a wet dust collector. Underground crushing chamber dust removal should use wet dust collectors. When the exhaust air from the dust removal system cannot be discharged to the return airway or the ground, but can only be discharged locally, the exhaust air must be treated by a filter.
