Design of Pulse Control System in Dedusting and Determination of Technical Index
With the increasing amount of industrial dust and exhaust emissions, its environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, especially in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical and other industries. The pulse bag type dust collector is a new type of bag type dust collector successfully developed by drawing on advanced technologies at home and abroad. It is developed on the basis of the conventional short bag pulse type dust collector. It not only integrates the characteristics of backflushing and pulse cleaning of the compartment, but also overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient backflushing strength of ordinary compartments and the re-attachment of general pulsed dust cleaning dust. A large-scale dust removal equipment with high dust removal efficiency, small footprint, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance, which can be widely used in metallurgy, foundry, building materials, mining, chemical and other industries. However, the existing dust collectors and controllers still have many defects and cannot meet the requirements of actual production well.
Pulse controller is the electronic controller of pulse bag dust removal for pulse bag dust collector. The quality of the pulse controller reflects the equipment level of the bag filter. Aiming at the shortcomings of existing products, according to the actual application requirements, a new pulse controller was successfully developed using a single-chip microcomputer.
