1. Quality control of lower support:

However, due to civil engineering errors, the verticality of the column must be adjusted when the column is welded with the embedded plate, otherwise the geometric size of the lower frame of the dust collector cannot be guaranteed. Because the ribs have been welded, the contact area between the bottom of the column and the foundation becomes larger, which increases the difficulty of adjusting the installation of the column. According to this situation, the method of adjusting the columns first and then welding the ribs can be used to solve this problem. That is, if the bottom ribs have been welded, you can first cut the ribs and columns, adjust the verticality of the columns, then weld the columns and ribs, and finally weld the ribs and the embedded steel plate of the foundation. The alignment of the column and the lower frame can be checked and accepted by the level, spirit level, and tape measure for the longitudinal, horizontal centerline, and elevation. Welding of the support and embedded parts can be performed after passing. The weld must reach the required height to ensure firmness.
2. Quality control of ash bucket production and installation:
The ash hopper is one of the main components of the dust collector. If the whole factory leaves the factory, it will increase the difficulty of transportation. Before the factory, the side panels are made separately and shipped to the site and then spliced. The splicing is difficult, and because the size of the board is too large, the transportation is inconvenient, the transportation cost is increased, and it is easy to cause deformation. Increased the workload of field calibration. At the same time, the number of lifting equipment used on the site has also increased. In this case, you can consider making the ash bucket into three pieces of upper, middle, and lower, or two pieces of upper and lower, and then assemble them on site. 3. Quality control of shell installation:
The shell is mainly composed of a bottom ring beam, a column, a top beam, and a feed wall. Due to the limitation of the site, the bottom beam is hoisted by a single combination on the ground and is integrated to the support position. If the volume of the dust collector is small, it can be assembled into a frame structure on the ground and hoisted in place by a crane at one time. Check the accuracy of each beam before assembling, and correct it if it fails. Mark the assembly test before leaving the factory, and install it strictly according to the label set. After the combined bottom beam, its side length deviation, diagonal deviation, and level deviation should meet the requirements of the manufacturer and specifications. After acceptance, seal welding is performed. The upper and lower flower plates are one of the most demanding parts in the production of dust collectors, which require good air tightness, small surface deformation, and smooth bagging. In response to these requirements, we have taken corresponding measures: first, the holes on the flower plate are formed by stamping to reduce the deformation of the plate surface; second, The tying bag is formed by one-time hot pressing using special equipment. Third, the reverse deformation method is used to reduce the welding deformation during welding. Fourth, the airtightness of the weld is checked using the principle of water tightness. Through the above measures combined with the implementation of the corresponding quality inspection standards, the quality of the flower plate has been significantly improved.
4. Quality control of pulse valve installation:
The quality of the pulse valve installation determines the dust removal effect of the bag filter. Generally, the pulse valve is shipped together with the air bag or separately from the air bag. Due to the unreasonable structural design of some airbags, air leakage often occurs in the installation of pulse valves. The main performance is as follows: First, the size of the installation fit between the air bag and the pulse valve is large. Causes the contact surface between the air bag and the pulse valve to leak or cannot be installed. Second, the structure of the air bag is unreasonable. The installation bolt hole of the pulse valve opens the air bag to the outside world, causing air leakage in the bolt hole. During the installation process, for the airbags with large deviations in installation and fitting, the diameter of the seal 0 -ring at the lower part of the pulse valve can be replaced to adjust; the connection bolts can be replaced if they are not selected properly. 5. Control of internal cleanliness:
